This dainty vintage hat features a black velvet body with a wide heavy gauge polka dot net veil attached with a once black satin ribbon with a back facing bow. The hat has a 21'' diameter, 4'' tall with an 11'' long veil. In good condition. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
