B. Photograph of the Rebbetzen Sarah Deutsch, Rabbi Shimon Sofer's daughter, the wife of Rabbi Moshe Deutsch Av Beit Din of Szabadka.

C. Photograph of Rabbi Akiva Sofer of Lvov (in his youth), Rabbi Shimin Sofer's son.

F. Five additional photographs of family members. On the reverse side of one of them, a handwritten letter.
Rabbi Shimon Sofer (1850-1944), one of the most prominent rabbis of Hungary. The son of the "Ketav Sofer" and the grandson of the "Chatam Sofer". Published the writings of his father and grandfather. In 1881 he became rabbi of Erlau (Eger), Hungary and served in the position for sixty four years. In addition he headed the Yeashiva of the town which had many students from all around Hungary. Author of the book "Hitorerut Teshuvah". Died in the Holocaust.

Rabbi Akiva Schreiber of Vienna, the grandson of the "Chatam Sofer", the son of Rabbi Shlomo Sofer of Krakow.
