Israeli "No Service" mail to Arab countries: 29-7-1960 a/m cv ex TLV to QATAR "South East Arabia VIA LONDON", franked 30Ag per period rate using mixed currency & definitives franking incl. tabs (Ba80; Ba118/120/121 w/full tabs; Ba178/182 w/tabs; Ba193), tied by local pmk; sender tried to be clever: Qatar ceased postal relations w/Isr. month earlier, so tried to send "via London" - this rejected in TLV & marked "no service via Israel" using Fr.-lang. K-Type-III.2 h/s (on LKD of use & less than 10 cv's known such stamped) as mail to Arab destination via 3rd country must be contained in separate outer envelope + out of suspicion, censored the cv by Yud 1013 (not recorded in Gladstone).
