Hesped on R. Yitzchok Meir Alter of Gur (Chidushei Ha’Rim) by R. Eliezer Ha’Cohen of Pultosk. With addendum of novella on the laws of aveilus.
R. Eliezer Ha’Cohen of Pultosk was a distinguished Chossid of R. Simcha Bunim of Peshisca and of R. Mendel of Kotzk where he served as Ba’al Tokeah. Following the passing of the Kotzker, he was one of the inner circle of the Chidushei Ha’Rim. He was a son in law of R. Yaakov Lorberbaum (Nesivos) and served as Rav in Pultosk.
Enormously respected, his novella were published posthumously under the title Chidushei Ma’HaRACh.
