Letter by the great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Yitzchak Yoffe, the son-in-law of the holy Gaon the Beis Halevi of brisk and his wife, the pious Rebbetzin, to their grandson the Gaon Rav Rabbi Mordechai Shlomo Mobshovitz, the son of the Gaon Rabbi Daniel. Tel Aviv, 1945.
The grandmother, the pious Rebbetzin, daughter of Maran Rabbi Yosef Dober Halevi Soloveitchik author of Beis Halevi added several warm lines to the letters.
The letter was written with familial warmth, sending regards from the parents, Rabbi Daniel and the Rebbetzin Mrs. Pesha Rivkah. Rare signature.
The Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Yitzchak Yoffe, a descendant of the Levush, was the son-in-law of the Gaon author of the Beis Halevi. The Yoffe family was one of the glorious families of Lithuania alongside the Movshovitz family.
