Letter on Leadership and Polemic by the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tzirelsohn
Letter on leadership and the appointment of Shochatim and Bodkim handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tzirelson of Kishinev and the Rav of Serbia.
Letter on a Shochet who turned dishonest, belittling the Shechita and not checking his knives and what should be done with him after he openly insulted the Rav of the city to whom the letter was sent Rabbi Nachum Shemryahu Shechter the Rav of Dorban.
Rabbi Tzirelson as the Chief Rabbi of the country bans him and his Shechita.
The great Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tzirelson [1860-1941] the Rav of Kishinev, the Chief Rabbi of Serbia, a member of Mo'etzes Gedolei HaTorah and one of its leading speakers. Had hundreds of disciples. Authored important Seforim.
The Gaon Rabbi Nachum Shemarya Shechter Av Beit Din of Dorban and the Rav of Hoshi, Romania. A disciple and loyal Chassid of the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham matisyahu of Shtefansht. Authored a Sefer on his Rav, Aniyas Amen. Immigrated to the Holy Land.
[1] official stationery of Rabbi Tzirelson. Handwritten and signed by him and with his stamp. Slightly torn fold marks. Stains and slight wear. Good condition.
