Certificate of Rav and Moreh Hora'ah given by the leaders of the Brad (Transilvania, Roamnia) community to Rabbi Ephraim Fischer, before his immigration to Eretz Yisroel. Brad, [1935].
"We hereby give him this certificate at his request since he wishes to travel to Eretz Yisroel to replace a Rav of some community"; certificate confirming that Rabbi Ephraim Fischer is a Rav and Moreh Hora'ah of the Brad community.
