Armenian pottery - Antique large and beautiful ceramic box with a lid, Palestine 1940s, the joint workshop.
A chubby lidded bowl with a spectacular lid from the early 1940s, it was made in the joint workshop by expert Armenian potters and painters.
The bowl is round in shape with a lid everything is hand-painted, heavy, a rare and sought-after shape and the colors are beautiful and naïve.
It is rare to find boxes and lids because they usually do not survive, in this case the set is perfect and artistic.
The height of the set is about 18 cm.
Width approx. 15 cm.
The jug is in good condition with minor defects being photographed.
