Registration, Approval, and Identity Verification
• Bidder registration approval is at the sole discretion of Aeron House
• We may require identity verification prior to approving bidding
• Bidders are responsible for all activity on their account

Payment, Non-Payment, and Forfeiture
Payment Expectations
Prompt payment is required to allow orderly fulfillment and shipping.
If payment is not completed within 7 calendar days of auction close:
• A non-payment dispute may be initiated on the bidder’s account
• Bidding privileges may be suspended or revoked
Shipping / Pickup Deadline
If shipping or pickup invoices remain unpaid 20 calendar days after auction close:
• The bidder forfeits all rights to the items
• No refund will be issued
• Ownership reverts to Aeron House, LLC or its client
This policy ensures fair treatment of all bidders and timely auction operations.

Payment Methods & Cash Payments
• Buyers wishing to pay by cash must notify Aeron House within 2 business days of auction close if their bidder profile is not already set to cash
• Failure to notify may result in:
o Loss of the cash payment option, and/or
o Automatic charging of the card on file

Shipping & Handling
• All shipping is handled in-house by Aeron House, LLC
• We may use Shipping Saint for:
o Invoicing
o Payment collection

Labor & Materials Charge
• Aeron House reserves the right to apply a handling charge of up to $10 per order
• This fee is limited to exceptional circumstances, such as:
o Extremely large or complex orders
o Unusual packing requirements
o Situations where Shipping Saint cannot be utilized
• We make every effort to minimize or avoid this fee whenever possible

Pickup, Deadlines, and Exceptions
• Items will not be released until paid in full
• Pickup deadline extensions are common, but:

o Do not wait until deadlines have passed

Returns & Restocking
• All sales are final
• Any return approved at the sole discretion of Aeron House:
o Is subject to a 20% restocking fee
