L’asta sarà battuta Martedì 16 Dicembre 2025 a partire dalle ore 15,00 CET presso la sede di
Bertolami Fine Art S.r.l. in Piazza Lovatelli, 1 – Roma
1. Modalità di partecipazione
Sono previste le seguenti modalità di partecipazione: di persona presso i locali in cui l’asta sarà battuta;
telefonica; online previa registrazione sul nostro sito www.bertolamifineart.com o sui portali partner
(vedi elenco sotto riportato); tramite offerta scritta
a. Partecipazione in sala
I clienti non conosciuti e che non si fossero già registrati dovranno essere provvisti di un valido
documento di identità.
b. Partecipazione telefonica
É possibile fare le proprie offerte durante l’asta tramite telefono guidati da un nostro operatore.
Per accedere a questa modalità di partecipazione sarà necessario prenotarsi entro le ore
12:00 CET di Martedì 16 dicembre 2025 specificando i lotti per i quali si intende entrare in
gara e un recapito telefonico. I clienti così prenotati saranno chiamati al numero di telefono da
loro indicato alcuni lotti prima di quelli per cui avranno manifestato interesse
La prenotazione per la partecipazione telefonica ha il valore di un’offerta scritta alla
base d’asta indicata in catalogo.

L’iter di registrazione sul sito www.bertolamifineart.com richiede l’inserimento delle copie dei
documenti d’identità così come richiesto dal sistema operativo e può ritenersi completato solo
dopo aver ricevuto una e-mail di convalida da parte della casa d’aste.

È infine possibile formulare le proprie offerte per iscritto compilando l’apposito modulo di
offerta per procura o anche tramite testo libero. Le offerte scritte dovranno essere ricevute
da Bertolami Fine Art entro le 12,00 CET di Martedì 16 Dicembre e potranno essere
trasmesse tramite e-mail (info@bertolamifineart.com), per posta o consegnate presso i
nostri uffici di Piazza Lovatelli 1 – 00186 Roma. L’offerta scritta ha il valore di
autorizzazione al banditore a effettuare offerte per conto del firmatario.

3. Offerte pre asta
Dalla data di pubblicazione del catalogo online sino alle 12,00 CET di Martedì 16 Dicembre 2025
sarà possibile:
- cominciare a effettuare offerte sul sito www.bertolamifineart.com o sui portali partner come
elencati al punto c del paragrafo 1
- inviare le offerte scritte di cui al punto d del paragrafo 1
Nel caso di:
- unica offerta pre asta su un lotto
in assenza di offerte di rilancio durante l’asta, il lotto sarà aggiudicato alla base d’asta anche ove l’unica
offerta pervenuta fosse di importo superiore (l’importo dell’offerta pre asta indica infatti l’offerta
massima che l’offerente è disposto ad effettuare)
Esempio: base d’asta € 1.000 – Unica offerta pre-asta € 1.500 – Aggiudicazione a € 1.000
- offerte pre asta multiple dello stesso importo su uno stesso lotto
in assenza di offerte di rilancio durante l’asta, il lotto sarà aggiudicato all’autore dell’offerta con data
anteriore.
- offerte pre asta multiple dello stesso importo su uno stesso lotto effettuate su portali diversi
in assenza di offerte di rilancio durante l’asta, se le offerte dello stesso importo sono state effettuate su
portali diversi, il lotto sarà aggiudicato all’autore dell’offerta pervenuta sul sito
www.bertolamifineart.com anche se tale offerta fosse stata effettuata in data posteriore alle offerte
effettuate sul portale partner Bidinside.
- offerte pre asta multiple di importi diversi su un medesimo lotto
in assenza di offerte di rilancio durante l’asta, il lotto sarà aggiudicato all’autore dell’offerta più alta a un
prezzo di aggiudicazione calcolato aggiungendo all’importo dell’offerta immediatamente inferiore un
incremento prestabilito nella tabella pubblicata in calce (Tabella A)
Esempio: offerta cliente A €1.270, offerta cliente B € 1800. Vince il cliente B non al prezzo di
aggiudicazione di € 1.800 ma di € 1.370. Viene cioè applicato all’importo dell’offerta immediatamente
inferiore l’incremento automatico di € 100 previsto dalla tabella quando le offerte sono comprese nello
scaglione € 1.000-1.999.
4. Modalità e tempi di pagamento
Gli acquirenti dei lotti vincenti potranno scegliere tra le seguenti modalità di pagamento:
- carta di credito (Visa, MasterCard e American Express);
- Paypal
- Bonifico bancario a favore di Bertolami Fine Art S.r.l.
(nel caso di pagamenti effettuati tramite bonifico extra-europeo aggiungere €10 all’importo della fattura)
- contanti (entro il limite legalmente consentito);
- solo per i clienti conosciuti:
assegno bancario non trasferibile o assegno circolare intestato a Bertolami Fine Art s.r.l.
- assegno bancario non trasferibile o circolare intestato a Bertolami Fine Art s.r.l.
(nel caso di pagamenti effettuati tramite assegni esteri aggiungere € 10 all’importo della fattura);
Il pagamento dei lotti acquistati dovrà essere effettuato entro 5 giorni dalla ricezione della fattura.
In caso di ritardato pagamento, dal trentunesimo giorno dalla data dell’aggiudicazione sarà applicata una
penale pari all’1%/mese sull'importo della fattura non pagata.
Nota bene:
le fatture pagate tramite assegno, contanti o bonifico bancario sono esenti dal pagamento delle tasse
amministrative applicate invece sui pagamenti effettuati tramite carta di credito (+2,5%) o Paypal
(+3,5%)
5. Diritti d’asta
L’acquirente corrisponderà a Bertolami Fine Arts una commissione d’asta pari al 27% del prezzo di
aggiudicazione di ciascun lotto.
Sui lotti acquistati tramite partecipazione on line sul sito www.bertolamifineart.com o sui portali partner
si applicherà un’ulteriore commissione così quantificata:
Bidspirit +1,5 % del prezzo di aggiudicazione
6. Costi ulteriori
I costi di spedizione, eventuali costi doganali, nonché i costi relativi alle pratiche da istruire per il
rilascio dell’attestato di Libera Circolazione o di qualsiasi autorizzazione ministeriale preventiva richiesta
per l’esportazione dei lotti aggiudicati sono a carico del compratore.
Nel caso in cui, per contestazioni ingiustificate, i beni dovessero essere restituiti a Bertolami Fine Art, le
spese doganali e di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.
7. Descrizione dei lotti
Agendo in qualità di mandataria del venditore, Bertolami Fine Art s.r.l. è esente da qualsiasi
responsabilità in ordine alla provenienza e alle descrizioni e valutazioni dei lotti nel catalogo, nei
condition report e in qualsiasi altro materiale illustrativo. Tali descrizioni hanno valore puramente
indicativo e vanno intese come parere personale dei nostri esperti.
8. Rilascio dell’attestato di Libera Circolazione o di altra autorizzazione ministeriale necessaria
per l’esportazione dei beni aggiudicati
La consegna dei lotti al di fuori dei confini italiani potrebbe essere soggetta alle norme stabilite dal
Codice dei Beni Culturali (Dlgs. 42/2004 e ss.mm.ii.) in materia di esportazione dei beni di interesse
culturale. Pertanto, nel caso in cui il bene acquistato presentasse caratteristiche tali da richiedere per la
sua uscita definitiva dal territorio della Repubblica Italiana una qualsiasi forma di autorizzazione
ministeriale, i tempi di rilascio di tale autorizzazione saranno regolati dall’Ufficio Esportazione oggetti
d’antichità e d’arte del Ministero della Cultura.
Tali tempi di rilascio vanno mediamente calcolati nell’ordine di 60/90 giorni dal giorno dell’apertura
della pratica per un Attestato di Libera Circolazione (art.68 del Codice dei Beni Culturali) e di 30
giorni per un’Autocertificazione. La casa d’aste declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali ritardi nella
chiusura della pratica, ritardi addebitabili soltanto alle autorità ministeriali competenti. La pratica viene
aperta solo all’avvenuto pagamento del bene e dietro esplicita autorizzazione dell’acquirente.
9. Condizioni di vendita
Le condizioni di vendita che regolano il rapporto tra Bertolami Fine Art e la gentile clientela che
prenderà parte alle aste sono pubblicate in ogni catalogo. Poiché esse si intendono automaticamente
accettate dal momento della partecipazione all’asta, si prega di leggerle con attenzione
In caso di discordanza tra la versione delle condizioni di vendita pubblicata su catalogo cartaceo e
quella pubblicata su catalogo online, prevale la versione online.
10. Pubblicazione dei risultati d’asta
L’elenco delle aggiudicazioni sarà pubblicato da Bertolami Fine Art sul proprio sito,
www.bertolamifineart.com, a soli fini informativi, entro dieci giorni dalla chiusura dell’asta.
11. Consegna dei lotti aggiudicati
I lotti aggiudicati entrano in consegna dal momento del pagamento dell’intero prezzo.
Le modalità di consegna vanno concordate con la responsabile dell’Ufficio Logistica, Signora
Alessandra Tabacco:

Ritiro in sede
Il ritiro in sede è possibile solo su appuntamento da concordare con la Signora Alessandra Tabacco.
Gli appuntamenti vengono fissati nei giorni e negli orari lavorativi. Sono pertanto esclusi il sabato, la
domenica e i giorni festivi.
Si precisa che Bertolami Fine Art non dispone di un autonomo servizio di spedizione dei lotti.
È però in grado di assistere l’acquirente mettendolo in contatto con corrieri specializzati, già
sperimentati dalla casa d’aste con risultati soddisfacenti, a cui l’acquirente potrà richiedere un
preventivo gratuito e senza impegno.
L’acquirente è comunque libero di affidare la spedizione a corrieri di sua fiducia.
Bertolami Fine Art non risponde dell’operato del corriere.
