This auction will be posted with bidding available on multiple platforms (Hibid and our PCA Website). All items are being sold AS IS. Items may be physically viewed July 22nd from 4pm to 6pm at 4129 Elida Road, Lima, OH 45807. All items are in various states of condition and the seller/auctioneer will not attest to any before bid. Bidders have the chance to view items on preview day. If you have questions about the item(s) you are bidding on, ASK BEFORE YOU BID!!!! All sales are final, no returns, no refunds.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
*All items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale. If you are questioning whether something is included or not, contact us BEFORE bidding.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* We legally CANNOT SHIP PRIMERS OR POWDER - THOSE ITEMS ARE PICK-UP ONLY!
*Bidders must be at least 18 years-old to purchase long gun ammo, and 21 years-old to purchase hand gun ammo. If shipped, we will require an adult signature for delivery.
* Bidder agrees to keep their contact information up-to-date, with current address, phone number and email address.
* Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at his/her sole discretion.

* Each lot is subject to Allen County Ohio Sales Tax at 6.85%. PLEASE NOTIFY US AT REGISTRATION if you are tax exempt. Send a copy of your exemption to "contact@auctionson309.com" AT REGISTRATION so we do not charge your invoice with sales tax. We cannot refund your card if you do not follow this procedure.
* Buyer's premium of 17.5% will be charged on HiBid. A reduced Buyer's Premium of 15% will be charged on our own platform (www.performancecanineauctions.com)
* Payment shall be via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) through Authorize.Net only.
* Notify us AT REGISTRATION to be approved for our cash buyer list - if you'd prefer to pay by cash.
* Pick up of items will be July 26th from 1PM - 4PM EST at 4129 Elida Road, Lima, Ohio 45807. If you can not arrange for pick up on this day at this time or pay for shipping, do not bid. If someone other than the person matching the credit card is picking up, please notify us.
* If you need to reschedule a different pickup day, a separate $10 cash reservation/convenience fee will be collected on that day. Please try to notify us at registration if that will be something you need.
*Day of pick up: When arriving at pickup, please anticipate to wait in line. We will get your items to you as soon as we help the next person in front of you.
*Shipping offered on most lots. Please note several of these lots are heavy which will incur higher shipping costs. We ship in house, and reserve the right to use carrier insurance or self-insure.
*Any and all disputes shall be settled in the Allen County/Lima Courts of Lima, Ohio 45801
* Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
*Auctioneer reserves the right to pull any item from the auction, even after bids have been placed.
