January Winter Estate Finds

Our January estate finds auction features more than 350 lots of watches, books, furniture, artwork, glass, porcelain, silver and decorative items.

The collection of timepieces includes both wrist and pocket watches. Highlights include a14k gold erotic repeater, a silver Record Watch Co. Sector pocket watch, a Patek Philippe for Tiffany & Co. 18k gold pocket watch, a Vacheron & Constantin 18k gold pocket watch, a Sofior Grey 18k gold wrist watch, a Lucien Piccard 18k gold wrist watch, and a selction of English sterling pocket watches.

A large selection of books is also featured, with first editions and rare books, including copies of Fred Belton's Random Recollections of an Old Actor, Nancy Cunard's Negro Anthology, and Frederick Douglass's My Bondage and Freedom among the highlights. A collection of psychology books includes 12 volume's of Freud's Imago, and 6 volumes of his Journal of Psychoanalysis.

The sale also features a selection of furniture, including mid-century and Danish modern, a pair of Henredon Grand Provenance display cabinets, Tommi Parzinger for Charak nesting tables, an oak Limbert arts & crafts pedestal, and a pair of Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen Swan chairs.

Other highlights include an original iron staircase section from the Eiffel Tower, vintage Louis Vuitton pieces, a visible gas pump, a Lalique Cerf wall console, and a collection of Old Orchard Pier window cards.
