ROSSICA (lat.) Is a branded series of auctions and publishing projects on Russian art, carried out by the GAMALIY expert cabinet (Paris, since 2008). We conduct auctions both in conjunction with various Parisian, Monegasque and Russian auction houses, and on the basis of our own auction house ROSSICA, headquartered in St. Petersburg.
A distinctive feature of all our auctions is the principle of collection unity: the items of each of our catalogs are united either by a single theme, or by a common origin (“provenance” - fr.). We are deeply convinced that collecting is a subtle and beautiful art, similar to poetry.
The natural "specialization" of our expert cabinet has become the legacy of "White Russia" - antiques originating from the collections of Russian emigrants of the first and second waves both in France and in other European countries (as well as in America and the Far East).
We assist our customers in the delivery of purchased lots to Russia or any other country in the world.
We speak Russian, French, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Italian and (even!) English (although we believe that only three languages will be enough for a man of the future - Latin, Ancient Greek and Hebrew).
