Cobalt Blue Gilt Porcelain Ashtray w Classical Sce - AB1150 Vintage cobalt blue porcelain ashtray with ornate gilt decoration and a central classical scene medallion. The piece has a scalloped, lobed form with four cigarette rests around the rim, highlighted with raised gold scrollwork. In the center is a round decorative cartouche showing three draped classical female figures in a pastoral setting, framed by elaborate gilt detailing. The underside shows a gilt maker’s mark on a white ground.
