Vintage Chinese Porcelain Official Figure Gilt - Vintage Chinese porcelain figural sculpture depicting a bearded court official or scholar dressed in elaborate ceremonial robes. The figure is decorated in pale turquoise-blue, iron red, white, black, green, and gilt, with finely painted cloud, floral, wave, and geometric motifs extending across the garments. The figure wears a traditional headdress with gilt and green accents and has a long flowing black beard. He holds a red scroll or ceremonial object beneath one arm, while additional raised green and red details decorate the front of the robe. The reverse is also extensively decorated with repeating painted motifs, demonstrating attention to detail around the entire figure.
