Vintage Wilhelm Hanebeck Solingen Stainless Steel Poultry Shears - A pair of vintage poultry shears manufactured from stainless steel. The tool features curved blades, with the upper blade incorporating a serrated section and a bone-cutting notch specifically for jointing fowl. The handles are contoured and include a hinged metal safety catch at the terminal ends to secure the blades in a closed position. A heavy-duty internal coil spring is mounted between the handles to provide an automatic opening action. One side of the tool is stamped with the word INOX, indicating stainless steel construction.
