A Wade England Green Glazed Pottery Scroll-Handled Posy Vase - This mid-20th-century earthenware trough-style vase or posy bowl was produced by Wade in England. The piece is finished in a monochrome green translucent glaze that pools in the recesses of the moulding to highlight the decorative details. The design features a fluted or lobed body with a scalloped rim, supported by an oval pedestal base. It is flanked by two large scroll-form handles. The base is embossed with the words WADE and ENGLAND, and also features a faint, illegible blue ink mark. Length: 16 cm Height: 9 cm.
