A Collection of Vintage Mencap Dennis the Menace Charity Pin Badges and International Flag Pins, 1998 - A collection of vintage charity pin badges and international enamel flag pins primarily dating from the late 1990s. The lot contains an assortment of Mencap charity pins featuring the British comic character Dennis the Menace holding a Beano comic. These badges are constructed from colourful enamel on metal and are predominantly mounted on their original orange and yellow printed backing cards. The lot also contains a group of rectangular enamel pins depicting various national flags including Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Mongolia, Ireland, the Philippines, and South Korea.
