A Pair of Chinese Reticulated Porcelain Floral Decorated Tablewares - This lot consists of two pieces of Chinese export porcelain featuring intricate reticulated lattice work and hand-painted floral decoration. The first item is an oval-shaped basket with a pierced body and twin rope-effect handles at each end. The exterior is decorated with a blue painted lattice pattern punctuated by pink four-petalled floral motifs at the intersections, finished with a gilt-lined rim. The interior well features a hand-painted floral spray of three pink roses and green leaves. The second item is a double-lobed salt cellar or condiment dish with a central loop handle, featuring matching blue and white lattice decoration and gilt highlights. The individual bowls are painted with distinct floral sprays, one in pink and the other in blue. The base of the basket is marked in black ink with MADE IN CHINA and the base of the salt cellar is marked in red with MADE IN CHINA.
