The plate features a transfer-printed landscape scene after the works of B.C. Koekkoek and A. Schelfhout, depicting figures and a horse-drawn wagon in a snowy rural setting. It is finished with a gilded rim. The reverse displays the series information and the Royal Grafton backstamp, which includes a crown motif and the text Royal Grafton Made in England Est 1876 Fine Bone China.
