The second magazine, also titled ”THE Shadow MAGAZINE,” is marked ”Oct. 15, No. 396,” priced at 10 cents, and advertises ”The Headquarters of Crime INTIMIDATION, INC.” The back cover of the second issue advertises ”THE Skipper” magazine for 10 cents.
