A collection of Lord Nelson Pottery and similar British souvenir ceramic tankards and miniature steins - This collection comprises an assortment of glazed earthenware tankards, mugs, and miniature steins, largely attributed to Lord Nelson Pottery, Staffordshire. The items feature a characteristic honey-brown Rockingham-style glaze. Decorative motifs are primarily transfer-printed and include a Widdecombe Fair scene, a British Scouting centenary commemorative logo dated 1907-2007, London landmarks including Big Ben and St Paul's Cathedral, various heraldic crests, and equine portraits. The vessels are found in various forms, including cylindrical, waisted, and barrel shapes with moulded horizontal ribbing and silver-toned lustre bands. Handles are predominantly of C-scroll design, some featuring moulded thumb-rests.
