Late Victorian or Edwardian 9 Carat Gold and Purple Gemstone Flower Bar Brooch - A late Victorian or Edwardian style bar brooch crafted in 9 carat yellow gold. The brooch features a central decorative motif of a three-petalled flower flanked by stylized scrolling leaves. A single circular-cut purple gemstone is claw-set at the centre of the flower. The reverse of the bar is stamped 9ct alongside a worn, illegible rectangular mark. The piece is fitted with a metal pin and a simple C-clasp. Weight: 0.75 grams.
