Antique Writing Box - - An antique mahogany writing slope, beautifully inlaid with olive green leather and gold tooling. A fine example of craftsmanship with numerous compartments including a hidden compartment under the hinged slope, a documents compartment to the lid, and the original glass inkwells. A unused brass engraving plaque to the top, brass echelon & twin brass handles. Condition : Used, no key present, 2 small cracks to the top, superb natural aged patina, overall very good.
