Bali Garuda Mask - - A traditional Balinese Garuda wood mask, with a mythical creature motif. The mask is carved from a single piece of wood and painted with bright colors to represent the Indonesian culture. In Hinduism, Garuda is a divine eagle-like sun bird and the king of birds. The Garutman is mentioned in the Rigveda who is described as celestial deva with wings. Condition: Used/fair, lost to paint throughout but overall good. Dim: 20 cm length.
