Antique African Mask - - A superb Yaure tribal mask, originating from the Ivory Coast located on the southern coast of West Africa. Beautifully hand crafted from pigmented wood, the mask features a peaceful facial expression, adorned with geometric patterns, & an impressive pediment above the high forehead believed to portray intellectual enlightenment. It is a must have for any collector, and a wonderfully authentic addition to any collection of African masks. Circa : Early 20th century.
