The style of art & the type of clothing strongly suggests a Dutch influence. Framed in a heavily carved & beautifully shaped ornate frame, with floral motifs in relief, & painted in a gold tone. Circa : Late 19th/Early 20th century. Condition : Used, minimal loss to gold paint on the frame, cracking to the paint commensurate with age, overall fair/good. Dim : 57.5cm (H) x 49cm (W)
