Gold Ring - - An Early 20th century gold ring, set with a single large natural opal stone held in place impressively large claws. A wonderfully ornate piece with fine engraved detailing to the ring holder itself. Opals have become increasingly popular in the jewellery making industry for their iridescent properties, this opal is a fine example of that.
