Nautical Oil Painting - - An oil on canvas reproduction painting of a T. Slowsky painting titled ”The Rescue”. This intriguing piece features a French sailing vessel in very turbulent waters. The painting portrays a ship and its crew in chaos. It is signed ‘Slowsky’ to the bottom right. Not much is known of the artist, though well respected for his maritime genre works. Condition: Painting is very well preserved. The wood frame presents some faults to the varnish. Dim: 98(L)x69(H) cm.
