Villeroy & Boch Set - - A beautiful collection of 18 ceramic espresso cups and saucers, by iconic German ceramics producer Villeroy & Boch. In 2004 the innovative design titled ‘New Wave’ was granted an award for its unique process, where the curved handles were drawn out of the same piece of clay as the body. The design itself is both modernist & futuristic, the oblong shape of the saucer with a well for the cup to sit securely. The undulating shape of the saucer is echoed in the ribbon like shape of the handle. There is simply no better way to drink your coffee, than with stylish and elegant tableware. Condition : Used, some as new in the original boxes, with labels intact, overall very good. Dim : saucers 17cm (L) x 12cm (W), cups 65mm (H)
