Regino Pradillo Lozano (Guadalajara 1925-1991) - Landscape of the Alcarria - Oil on canvas with its original frame. Signed and dated in the upper left corner: ‘Pradillo / - 1960 -’. Original work by this painter from La Alcarria who finished his studies in Fine Arts in 1953. The year in which this painting was executed, 1960, was the same year in which the painter received a scholarship as a grant from the Juan March Foundation (Spain). The following year he received his first medal for his work in painting at the so-called Salón de Otoño held in Madrid. His stay in Paris between 1968 and 1989 will shape his career, thanks to his knowledge of the Parisian artistic environment of that time.
