Anonymous Spanish c. 1830 - Fernandina Table - ernandine-style coffee table (1814-1833) with outstanding workmanship in fine woods and marquetry. It features a circular tabletop with a dodecagonal perimeter, covered with custom-made transparent glass of the same shape. Central leg with a circular element on which four dolphins carved in wood rest; beneath this structural and decorative ensemble, a circular base features marquetry work with a chequered decoration, beneath which the table legs extend. Originally a two-piece set, the tabletop and central piece are adjustable to each other with a screw and metal lock or fastener. Spanish work from the first third of the 19th century.
