Chasuble, 16th–18th centuries - A chasuble in embroidered silk, with matching bands on both the front and back, made of red velvet with appliqué embroidery, dating from the late 16th century. On either side of each of these bands are silk strips featuring delicate floral decoration, dating from the mid-18th century. All the bands are joined together with silver thread borders
