19th Century Gold Chatelaine with Two Signets and Watch Key, Mr. Cornelis Leendert van Willenswaard Schoonhoven (1837-1868) - An antique 19th century yellow gold chatelaine. Two barrels with jasseron links (eights), featuring two harp-shaped signets, filigree worked, and a matching watch key. Signets engraved with initials 'V.H.R' and dated 1857. Marked with a quality mark for small objects (See 'Dutch Responsibility Marks, NN008, p. 32), master mark 'W27' = Mr. Cornelis Leendert van Willenswaard, active in Schoonhoven from 1837 to 1868.
