Lot of Schildpad dolls (7x), and another doll - Lot of various dolls, seven of which are marked and made by Schildpad/Schildkröt, Germany, first half of the 20th century, including: example with red clothing and brown hair: 'Erika-Maria', including certificate [number 5 of 26], with: small loose doll, marked France. Dimensions: Various sizes. Condition: Tortoiseshell dolls generally in good condition with light wear. Notable: the painted hair is worn on the large doll in a pink polka-dot dress and the small doll in a red-and-white polka-dot dress. The small doll in woollen clothing shows signs of use; one leg is loose but present.
