Chinese porcelain plate with 'judge scene', Kangxi period (1661-1722) - An early 18th-century Chinese porcelain dish, late Kangxi period (1661-1722). With underglaze blue-and-white decoration and a rim in underglaze brown (jia mangkou), with floral decoration (prunus, peony, lotus and chrysanthemum), figures on the rim (a lady in an interior, two figures in a walled garden with trees and a figure on a balustrade) and various figures in the center, depicting a Chinese court scene. See the Rijksmuseum collection (AK-RBK-15802-A) for a similar example. Dimensions: Diameter 28,5 cm. Condition: Good condition, without chips or hairlines.
