Unusual Persian Menorah lamp circa early 1900's - the Hanukkiah consists of five oil compartments. Each one with a double spout to be lit on the eight days of Hanukkah. The remaining one for the Shamash. This custom of lighting in a non linear line is a part of the Indo-Persian tradition and would usually not be considered Kosher.  The Hanukkiah is cut, hammered and engraved by hand. Engraved are  two tablets with the ten commandments engraved in their center flanked by two birds.  diameter: 20 cm
