A large and rare pair of gilded silver temple ornaments - Turkestan 1850-1900 - The large and impressive ornaments are comprised of an upper disk-like element with fine zigzag filigree ornaments on its borders. Gilded silver elements. Below is a diamond shape component adorned with gilding and horn motifs. A central jagged element soldered in the center ( not common to find.) Tear shaped elements and silver bells dangle from below. Red glass set throughout. cut, gilded, soldered, engraved, punched dimensions: 19*37 cm weight: 595 grams
