A gilt silver chest ornament - Turkestan -1900 - Medallion and half crescent design, finely engraved and gilded. A row of gilt silver elongated links followed by a row of heart-shaped links (one missing). Red cabochons set throughout. On the back, a pin has been added for securing it to a garment.
