A silver and coral Lazem necklace - Yemen 1900 - The necklace is comprised of three hollow elements decorated with filigree and granulation and connected with five rows of silver beads in granulation work and corals (2-3 mm). The two on the sides are triangular and hold the treads on which the necklace is beaded. The element in center is rectangular and holds a Hirz pendant decorated with filigree and granulation and a rosette-shaped pendant decorated with filigree and granulation and small pendants. The two large pendants and the lower beads row are decorated with various pendants in a rosette and teardrop design decorated with filigree and granulation and coral beads (8-10 mm). cut, soldered, granulated, cast length: 30 cm weight: 280 grams
