A fine silver headpiece inset with Turquoise and Coral - Tajikistan / Uzbekistan - 1900 - Called Tilla Barghak in the native language, it is typical to Tajikistan at the beginning of the 20th century. it is made of a row of 13 square links inset with Turquoise in rosette design with a coral in center. 6 central and alternating links are decorated with an additional rosette or 3 stone element inset with a coloured cabochon in center and turquoise in the perimeter. Under the links hang a row of embossed rosette-shaped pendants inset with turquoise and followed by embossed teardrop-shaped pendants.
