A rare and unique large wood silver Tumar amulet - Turkestan 1880-1920 - The large amulet made of wood covered with silver embossed plaques and red fabric and set throughout with red glass. it is comprised of a triangular element on top with a central Amulet holder element in the centre. Below a trapezoid-shaped element followed by chains ending with silver bells. A missing element at one end of the amulet. some losses and minor imperfections. dimensions: 72*60 cm weight: 2400 grams
