Persia, Beginning of 20th c - Shiraz Silver Tray. circa beginning of 20th century Octagonal tray, with handles to its sides, decorated with engraving and handcrafted hammering of warriors. In the center of the tray there is a scene depicting a meeting with the king. Around there are phrases from the Quran. Very high level artisanal craftsmanship. Length: 53 cm (without handles) and 65 cm (including handles), width: 41 cm. Weight: 2790 grams. Silver marked and maker's mark.
