Hanukkah Menorah - Architectural Model - Poland, - Hanukkah Menorah - Architectural Model w/ Lions and Birds - Poland, circa 1900. Cast brass, large and heavy lamp, arhictecutral model in its center with to lions on its sides. The wall's top has a hanger for suspending the lamp, surrounded by a pair of birds. The side walls are also a thicket in the model of upright lions with their tails spread forwards and supporting a pair of candlesticks. These candlesticks were used in Hanukkah as the Shamash. In the rest of the year they served to light Shabbat candles. On both sides of the vessel row there are two additional birds. The menorah is supported by four stylized small legs.  Height: approximately 31 cm.  Width: approximately 27 cm.
