Brass Case & Stand for Esther Scroll, Hand Painted & Illustrated Esther Scroll Inside, Morocco Beginning of 20th c - The scroll case and stand are decorated with engraving of plantation models and geometrical forms. In the center of the stand on both its sides there is an orbed protrusion carrying the inscription ”Chai” (Alive in Hebrew). The scroll is accompanied with paintings and decorations painted and illustrated by hand. Dimensions of scroll case: 15X94 cm, dimensions of stand: 20X18X40 cm. Parchment width: 33 cm.
