A Rare Russian Silver Hanukkah Menorah From 19th century
The Hanukkah Menorah is adorned with silver decorations built in several layers, thus creating a three-dimensional scene. Examples of lions and palms, vines and roses. There are also applications in the form of roosters and pigeons. The decorated arms stand on a platform behind an ornamental fence.
Bears many marks.
The Shamash is missing. On the back of the Hanukkah Menorah there is an arrangement for Shabbat candles, as well as a hook for hanging on the wall.
