Tillya kosh - a piece of jewelry for the head of a bride. Uzbekistan, 19th century. - ”Crown” for a wedding day, Tillya kosh \ tilla kosh , a authentic from Uzbekistan specially from Bukhara and Samarkand . earlier versions of this piece where made out of gold and where called ”golden head”. these pieces are known for the combination of the metals and gem stones. In front of us a piece made metal coated in gold in some parts , decorated with rimonim and birds all hand made in different Technics . on the top part different gem stones and polished glass ,  bottom end in the shape of tassels. period- 19th century in a general good condition , light flaws , signs of repars on the back and some stones are missing. width 22 cm.
