A Hanukkah Lamp and Enclosure, Israel, Second Half of the 20th Century - A gilt metal Hanukkah lamp housed in a matching glazed enclosure. This type of display was designed for public-facing lighting at the entrance of one’s home — a tradition still practiced in Jerusalem neighborhoods such as Mea Shearim and Nachlaot.
