A Large Ottoman Parcel-Gilt Silver and Enamel Belt Buckle, 18th-19th Century - Decorated in the form of a pair of flowers, each composed of ten radiating petal-like panels of parcel-gilt silver finely worked in open filigree and granulation. At the center of each flower is a domed element enhanced with granulation and traces of vivid green enamel between fine silver wires. The two halves connect via a concealed parcel-gilt clasp camouflaged beneath another domed floral mount. Dimensions: 21 x 8 cm; Weight: 136 gr Provenance: The estate of Yossi Benyaminoff.
