A Silver and Turquoise Gau Amulet Case, Tibet, 19th Century - Along its four sides are triangular outward-facing elements inlaid with natural turquoise stones. The front features floral designs composed of small turquoise inlays and twisted silver wires. The case is accompanied by a later-added chain for wearing. Some stones are missing. Silver tested.
